SaaS dashboard redesign

The problem
A typical scenario: a B2B SaaS product with strong functionality but weak adoption. Users complete the first session and don't return — onboarding asks for configuration before showing value, and the dashboard buries the two numbers customers actually care about.
Our approach
We'd start with a UX audit and journey map to locate the friction, then restructure the information architecture around the user's first "aha" moment. Wireframes get tested with real users before any visual design; the design system that follows keeps future features consistent.
The outcome we aim for
The goal in an engagement like this: measurably faster time-to-value, higher week-two retention, and a design system the internal team can extend without us.
One thing we'd do differently
In projects of this shape we've learned to involve the engineering team from the first workshop — technical constraints found late undo good design decisions.
